INTRODUCING THE CO-CHURCH NETWORK.

The Co-Church Network is more than just resources. By the vision of Pastor’s Dustin and Mandy, we want Co-Church to be how we come together as THE CHURCH and empower one another. We aim to achieve this by our Friends and Family levels.

Our Friends Level

  • As we constantly aim for excellence, we want to provide you with consistently updated resources that get you started in implementing new systems or updating those you already have from wherever you’re at. Our hope is by providing resources—downloadable for FREE from www.co-church.network—we have already put in place in our own house, we can help jumpstart you and your ministries by answering questions like: How do we do that? Where do we start? What do we need?

  • We know that sometimes it’s hard to know where to go when you have questions or when you’re not sure what to do. As the Co-Church Network expands, our community options do, too because YOU ARE the community. We know that we can’t do this alone, so our hope is to be a hub for connection between everyone that joins. Look out for connection events like the Co-Church Leadership Conference coming soon.

  • Not only do we want to give you access to every resource we have written on how we do it; we want to give you all of the resources to do it yourself for FREE. From Role Descriptions to Sermon Outlines and Agenda Templates, we want to give you the means to build your teams and build your own resources.

Our Family Level

  • Because it’s hard to get started sometimes, we want to offer you a place to experience all the online resources you have access to, IN ACTION. We want to be a place where you have something tangible to start from at every level, whether it be on paper or in-person. Come experience what Co-Church means to Citizen Church through a weekend service, a customized visit just for you to get your questions answered, or something in-between.

  • We know how heavy life can feel at times and especially a life in ministry. Co-Church wants to come alongside you and offer you a place to be poured into through a time of retreat. Our Annual Retreat is a time to build community with other churches, be invested in through leadership sessions, and an overall time to escape the chaos of the world (as much as a church can). That being said, ask us about Hawaii!

  • We understand that questions will always need answering. As you dive deeper into The Co-Church Network, we want it to be as easy as setting up a time to ask the questions you’ve been dying to ask or having a place to dial a Ministry 911. Whether it’s questions about ministry or questions about life, our Pastors and Staff want to help you get to a solution.

The local church has been a passion of ours for as long as we can remember; our parents are pastors, our children are being raised in our church, and we truly believe that The Church is the hope of the world.

CO-CHURCH IS OUR HEART.

  • SUNDAY EXPERIENCE:

Sundays are the biggest day of the week here at Citizen Church! It’s when we have the opportunity to cast vision, inspire, and encourage the people who call our church home. We strive to make sure that every Sunday is excellent and distraction free. We believe that this makes a way for God to move in the lives of the people of our church. Sunday Experience includes: Connection, Welcome Team, Worship, Production, Design, Communication, and Kid’s Ministry.

  • MINISTRIES:

The ministries division at Citizen Church oversee the ministries that happen during the week. These ministries can have a major impact on the community inside and outside the church. The ministries section includes: Local & Global Outreach, Community, Discipleship, Youth, and Generosity Ministries.

  • OPERATIONS:

Operations is one of the areas of church that sometimes can be forgotten; it doesn’t always feel like traditional “ministry,” but our organizations can only be as strong as the people and systems that run it. From finance to human resources, to leadership and care, Operations must be an essential part of your organizational strategy.

“HAVING THIS ACCESS HAS MADE OUR SYSTEMS BETTER, OUR TEAMS BETTER, AND MADE ME A BETTER LEADER.”

THROUGH ALL AREAS OF LIFE, WE GET IT. The Co-Church Network was created so that as THE CHURCH, we can do more.

We did the work, and we have the lessons-learned so that you don’t have to. Our heart is to continue to do all we can to help set you up for the success and growth you want to see in your church, whatever that may be. Are you ready to join us?
